Very surprising is the fact that some of these so-called native speakers of English sometimes make some grammatical ,structural and lexical errors.I can challenge them to it .Is it because of their ascent that distinuishes them as good English speakers? Errors like wrong usage of pronouns ,wrong use of tenses in conditional sentences and their derivatives characterise some of their seemingly convincing and seemingly correct English.Africans are not trusted that they could deliver on the job.It is time this canker was uprooted .Im in the United Arab Emirates looking for a teaching job and hardly land one up to now.Im even thinking of getting back to my country.Im getting fraustrated every pasing day with with my quest for job.I have a degree in mathematics from University of Cape Coast and yet Iv not nit been able to get even a primary school to teach here in any of the emirates .I've been through a three-year teacher training college before upgrading myself with bachelor of education .I can equally teach English as well. But the dicriminatory and racist attitudes against our colour. It is very embarassing when they are treated nicely in our country but their counterparts are very racist towards us .

I am surprised that many jobs ask only for teachers from developed countries while there are great teachers from the developing countries who are left out just because of their background. How can this be corrected?

I am not a native English speaker but I do teach English for students and people from my town in Jordan. I lived in Chicago for 15 years and I became USA citizen. I learned English there. I am talented in teaching English , I create my own way of teaching , I used many English teaching sites from the net. People like my way and the technique I use.
