CCTV Operator

Job Summary

As CCTV operator must be thoroughly familiar with all Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha and local Operational Standards to ensure they are adhered to as well as the responsibilities and goals as outlined.

Job Description

• Keep the Security Supervisor / Security Manager / informed of all security related matters.
• Perform in line with Standard Operating Procedure and Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha.
• Should be responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment.
• Watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage
• Reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, Postsecondary Degree or certificate recommended
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Gulf region
• Experience working with multicultural teams
• Computer proficiency – Excel, PowerPoint and Surveillance system operations
• Customer service /Teamwork and collaboration /Attention to detail /Ability to multitask /Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
