Al Safar Group has established Central Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) in Dubai that provides for sustainable growth in organizations through entrepreneurial education degrees, both academic and vocational. CIIE is a comprehensive facility offering international standard education and qualifications, language laboratory support, and test centre services.

CIIE, a KHDA Education and Training Permit Holder, targets various verticals in government and industrial organizations, sporting project-based delivery that facilitates talent development and economic growth.

With the launch of the Teacher Standards for the UAE by the National Qualifications Authority, achieving first-rate teacher performance quality is demonstrated as a national priority for the leadership in the UAE. Hence, CIIE started with providing quality innovative approaches in teacher education, to achieve the national objectives and redress existing gaps and short comes.

Besides teacher education, CIIE will start education and training in Health and Social Care and Data Science. The UAE has standardized requirements for different health professional levels, and due attention is needed for talent development and assessment. Data is advocated by the government as a new oil resource with much interest in the development and management of Fourth Industrial Revolution’s technologies in both government and industry applications.

The Institute aims to provide world-class flexible education in entrepreneurship and innovation, which serves graduate students, corporate managers, and industry practitioners.

The objectives are two-folds. First, guiding an entrepreneur from ideation to realizing a successful SME. Second, guiding a manager to innovate with growing an existing organization.
