• Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and executive teams.
• Group consolidation will play a large part in this role.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes effectively.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

• A professional finance qualification, ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA
• MUST speak Arabic.
• Proven experience in financial leadership within the business services sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic decision-making.
