Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

• Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction in terms of maximizing the profitability and liquidity
• Manage and oversee the financial operations of accounting, controlling, budgeting, investor / shareholder relations, tax, and treasury
• Implement financial best practices and continuously develop the financial SOPs
• Oversee the issuance of financial information and report the financial resulted to EXCOM and BOD
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Monitor and direct the operating cash flows and ensure cash flow is appropriate for organization’s operations and investing activities
• Setup and oversee the organization’s IT system (SAP).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• Masters degree or MBA
• CPA (preferred)
• Retail experience (preferred)
• Experience with ERP system (SAP preferred)
• Proven work experience in multi million turnover organization
• 20 years of overall combined finance and accounting experience
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Strong financial planning, modeling and strategy setting skills
• Strong ability of problem solving, conflict management and to deal with complexity
• Promoting process improvement
• Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
