This festival, also known as Tomb-Sweeping Day in English, is a day dedicated to visiting ancestral tombs to sweep them. The festival commemorates the lost lives in an elaborate set of rituals as a Confucian form of posthumous respect and filial piety offered to a Chinese person’s ancestors, departed relatives, or parents.

Labor Day is celebrated across the world on May 1st, to recognize the efforts of the International Labour Movement.
Dragon Boat Festival
Celebrated in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the Dragon Boat Festival is a three-day public holiday in China. Most people celebrate it with friends and family.
Mid-Autumn Festival
A celebration that begins on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunar calendar, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a celebration of the moon and deity tradition. Chinese people reconnect with family members during this holiday.
National Day Holiday
A holiday celebrated all throughout China, the National Day remembers the People’s Republic of China. However, since the 3rd Century AD, this holiday has always been celebrated.
