Civil Engineer

Job Summary

• Overseeing the construction design and building of construction projects , Planning process of the project of the building as per Project specification.
• Verify approval status of all related drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Conduct land surveys and ensure to manage teams of surveyors, engineering technicians and construction Workers.
• Supervise and review all `additional works’ and `out of scope works’ carried out by contractor.
• Conduct inspection of completed projects to ensure that all codes have meet with project specification.
• Coordinate with the laboratory technician and arrange for sampling for all concrete cubes for results.
• Monitor all construction activities carried out by contractor.
• Adhere to safe working methods and safety rules.
• Coordinate with the contractor teams for all works in the project.

Skills

• UPDA Grade A or B certified.
• Hospital/Health Care construction experienced.
• Construction consultancy experienced.
