Clockhouse is a large Primary School brimming with lots of character. We aim to create a happy and stimulating environment in which pupils are encouraged to develop their character and talents in a supportive community.

Everyone at Clockhouse is immensely proud of our school. We follow a curriculum which provides the children with many exciting opportunities to learn in a meaningful context both inside and out, visit interesting places and share their learning with each other and their parents.Everyone at Clockhouse is encouraged to enjoy their learning and to achieve to the best of their ability every day that they spend with us! At Clockhouse we are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence for all our children. We recognise that they all learn at different rates and and have a range of individual talents. Learning is carefully planned to take this into account and ensure that each child works hard and achieves their best. At Clockhouse Primary we ensure that our school aims are embedded in all aspects of school life and that our vision statement and aims are pursued in everything that we do.

As a school we place importance on children developing the skills they need to succeed in life along with all children achieveing their potential accademically. Along with the subject based curriculum each year group has a life skill curriculum which allows them the opportunity to develop and support the learning of these valuable skills. Whether it be learning to use a knife and fork or tying shoe laces, or learning to sew on a button or making a cup of tea the children will be given the opportunity to develop these life long skills.
