We are looking for Construction associates (3+ PQE) to join the practice in Dubai. Dubai, with its expanding economy, attractive tax-free packages, ex-pat lifestyle, warm weather and rich culture, makes for an excellent relocation prospect for UK-qualified associates that are looking to move away from the UK s relatively stagnant market and dreary climate.
The Construction team advises on procurement strategies, supply agreements, and the negotiation of various construction and engineering contracts. The work is mainly contentious, as the team utilises litigation, arbitration and alternative methods of dispute resolution to resolve a bevy of construction disputes. Associates work with a diverse range of clients, including constructors, developers, funders and sub-contractors across a wide range of industry sectors, such as real estate, health care, and energy.
The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of post-qualified experience, with prior Construction experience gained at a renowned international firm in the UK.
