Job Summary

We have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join our thriving Construction Disputes practice in Dubai. Working closely with a key Partner, the role will specialise particularly in high-end international arbitration with a focus on big-ticket regional engineering and construction matters. Our team have acted as counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA and DIAC rules, as well as UNCITRAL ad-hoc arbitrations, while also advising clients on expert determinations, dispute adjudication boards, adjudications and mediations. Cases focus on complex disputes regarding major infrastructure and energy projects including rail, road, ports, airports and sports facilities, oil and gas, power, water and process plant facilities. Applicants will need to be UK qualified lawyers with a range of relevant experience gained within a reputable law firm in the Gulf, the UK or internationally. Local market experience and Arabic language skills, while beneficial, are not essential. Don’t miss this superb UAE opportunity.
