Job Summary

Education/Certifications

• One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
• High School Degree. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.

Experience

• Three to Five (3-5) years Project Management or Construction Management experience.
• Three or more years experience supervising employees.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint,
• Outlook, and Word
• Experience in data collection and technical writing
• Strong leadership and analytical skill
• Ability to read CAD/As-built drawings
• Good interpersonal and people management skills

Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities

Supervises a Projects Team.
