Job Summary

• Coordination and follow-up of the procedures for the preparation and implementation of the strategic plan and operational plans for the management projects.
• Coordinating and following up the procedures for preparing the estimated budget for the department’s plans and projects.
• Participate in the reporting procedures related to the follow-up evaluation of the performance of employees at different levels of management.
• Coordination and follow-up of all procedures related to suggestions, complaints, observations and development initiatives with the concerned authorities.
• Prepare periodic and detailed reports on achievements and work according to the approved plan and performance indicators.
• Coordination on procedures for the preparation and implementation of statistics and questionnaires, identification of major problems and obstacles to work.
• Coordinating and following up on the decisions, circulars and instructions related to his work, archiving and archiving.
• Coordinating and following up the procedures for preparing the necessary data reports for performance indicators in coordination with the staff of the organizational unit.
• Participate in the establishment, coordination and follow-up of files, records and databases of the Section and archiving.
• Preparing and drafting memoranda, correspondence, letters and minutes of meetings, recording recommendations and results and following up their implementation with the competent authorities.

Qualifications

• University qualification
• Diploma + experience of not less than two years
