Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities

  • Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders for key accounts.
  • Writes procedures and assists in establishment of department policies.
  • Participates in training of customer service personnel.
  • Handles multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support.
  • May provide direction to or lead to less experienced customer service reps.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.
  • Update SAP.
  • Update, Receive, review, and enter daily cost sheet for key accounts.
  • Revenue reconcile between departments.
  • Follow-up on billing and collection for key accounts.
  • Participates in training of customer service personnel.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Industry experience preferred.

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision.
  • Proficient in order entry software.
  • Thorough knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
