Business Development Executive

Job Summary

A sales representative has to showcase and sells a product or products to businesses, organizations and government agencies, rather than selling directly to consumers. Sales representatives are critical to the manufacturers and wholesalers, as they are the ones that promote and market the merchandise for them.

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries effectively from new and potential clients.
• Resolve complaints, troubleshoot issues and provide the best possible solutions
• Introduce new products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Must have good computer knowledge and skills including MS Office, Excel and Word.
• Maintain a cheerful attitude with customers even when working under pressure.
• Maintain and update customer records
• Must be able to speak fluently in Arabic and English
• Maintain a trustworthy relationship with customer through excellent communication and presentation skills.
