David (Exodus) Kindergarten was founded in 1988. At that time, it was the only international kindergarten within the developing area of Tai Wai, Sha Tin. We are committed to providing a holistic education for young children. Over the years, the school has gradually become known in the region for its nurturing all-round development.
We adopt a thematic teaching approach with an international curriculum supported by the renowned UK education group, Alpha Plus. Our International Classes are mainly taught in English with a 30-minute daily Putonghua session in order to cultivate children’s bilingual ability and establish a good language foundation. We also have bilingual classes in K2 & K3 which are conducted in English and Putonghua. This enables our students to develop abilities in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing in both languages.
Vision & Mission
At David Exodus, our vision is to celebrate each child’s uniqueness and curiosity towards the world around them. In alignment with the beliefs of Alpha Plus Group, we do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach. We embrace diversity and respect every child as an own individual.
Our teaching team is not only there to care for the students, but also to understand children’s individual needs. Furthermore, we uphold the principles of inclusion to allow our children to develop their strengths and fulfill their true potential.
Our aim is to provide an ideal learning environment for children to learn from exploration and grow up healthily and happily. We’ve designed age-appropriate teaching content to nurture children’s all-round development and lay a solid foundation for further study in the future

School has been takeover by a local school. They've fired all the staff who worked there who was great with my kids.
New Owners are nothing short but horrible human beings, unable to understand parents frustrations and forcing a new ciriculum half way through the year.
Please avoid this school, your kids won't get into ESF in the near future through this school.

That is well said. This school used to be an oasis for the “normal” parents who want to stay away from overwhelming competition and provide happy school life to children.
The new principal and management implemented local teaching methods which put intensive pressure on children, kill their imagination and discourage exploration and don’t value teachers and parents.
Many parents got very angry with the outrageous actions they made and put profits before people. This brings shame on the valuable legacy of the previous principal and teachers.
You’d better not join this school. Your children would become less capable, accountable and happy like a zombie there. I think it’s wise to spend the same budget on other international kindergartens.

We would like to respond to the comment above to note that no staff were fired from the kindergarten after the takeover. Two teaching staff remain, and two others left of their own accord. Parents were promised that there would be no changes to the curriculum for the remainder of the academic term, and this is what happened. In September 2019, a new curriculum will be introduced designed by Alpha Plus Group in the UK. This curriculum is specifically designed to give children every opportunity to not only attend ESF or International schools, but also local schools if they so wish.
There has been a backlash to the takeover from some parents as evidenced by the comment above, but we have tried to use every opportunity to listen to parent’s concerns and work with them to provide the best education possible.

My elder son went its Tweenie group was great and we loved it, now with the new investor took over we wanted to give it a try with our younger one and I regretted it. The school take $2800 non-refundable deposit which is a bit over, plus school policy was not given to the parent after signed. How would they expect you to remember all their policies? The class was $2800 and deposit was $2800. I wan't able to get my refund back but to stick to their other class plus adding money so I wouldn't lose my $2800. How ashame that there is this kind of money making business school in my neighbourhood. I would highly recommend other playgroups as I'm not fond with it's admin.
