Job Summary
The Digital Performance lead oversees the performance measurements of the DTO office. He is focused on measurements, reporting, risk analysis, value delivery, and quality assurance of the program. key responsibilities include:
- Create performance metrics, measure and report on them, identify risks
- Plan, prioritize, align and drive digital initiatives.
- Coordinate cross functional efforts and provide support
Key Responsibilities
KPI Measurement & Reporting
- Develop, measure & report on digital success metrics and KPI’s
- Manage Digital balanced scorecard
- Build, direct, manage, and ensure implementation of digital Performance Management and Improvement System in coordination with Corporate Performance Management
- Analyze and report on periodic digital KPI measurement and maturity assessment results
- Design and implement management dashboard for tracking digital key performance and health metrics
- Put in place measurement metrics for all DTO (initiatives, journeys, culture, etc.)
- Measure digital maturity
- Highlight risks to ongoing projects, initiatives, and digital value (e.g., collaboration, transparency etc.)
- Review Customer experience indexing and provide recommendations.
Key Initiative Planning
- Support development & refinement 2-3 year digital roadmap
- Identify business value and digital index for all initiatives
- Create and drive business cases in coordination with finance and opportunity owners
- Align and connect top-down initiatives
- Review and modify sector digital initiatives and agree on success targets
- Achieve buy-in from all decision makers on roadmaps, initiative prioritization
- Create processes for optimizing results
- Design initiative prioritization framework
- Review and align bottom-up initiatives
PM coordination & Support
- Manage governance of Key digital initiatives measurements and reporting
- Coordinate with Enterprise PMO & Project execution teams
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital performance
- Provide ongoing oversight and support to ensure that digital performance measures are being used to effectively manage digital initiatives & operations; identify and manage risks, and effect corresponding organizational change
- Provide training to all levels of staff on digital performance management and systems
- Structure and reporting system.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Master’s degree a related discipline.
- PMP or PgMP.
- Balanced Scorecard.
- Performance measurement.
- KPI and metrics design.
Years of Experience
8 – 10 years of relevant experience.
Nature of Experience
Prior managerial experience in Performance Management & KPI Design, Program Management,

- Technology Savvy.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to self-learn and apply new ideas.
- Very strong analytical capability.
- Ability to design complex, custom measurement metrics & KPIS’s.
- Familiar with performance management tools.
- Can influence and run cross-functional teams to drive change and stay aligned with overarching strategy.
