Job Summary

  • Contribute to building the overall Mobily media strategy
  • Contribute Mobily traditional media strategy and roadmap.
  • Contribute to setting, measuring, and monitoring media KPIs and prepare traditional media yearly budget.
  • Contribute to developing Mobily strategic Media buying strategy and negotiating deals.
  • Design, build and maintain Mobily traditional always-on promoting strategy
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Overall traditional media optimization plan for OOH, TV and other traditional media platforms.
  • Work with sales teams and act proactively to increase Mobily market segment.
  • Stay up-to-date with media developments; analyse campaigns data & report the results to end users to build plans/ corrective actions plans.
  • Measure traditional media campaigns performance for all traditional campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate sales leads.
  • Extend the work and relation from agencies to end suppliers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, and spot new opportunities.
  • Manage all traditional media channels campaigns from planning, execution, monitoring and optimizing (e.g. TV, OOH, Radio…etc) to ensure brand consistency and execution.
  • Work closely with media agency to develop Media Plans for traditional media campaigns.
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new media opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with mobily audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns and new ways to deliver content.
  • Manage media budget including cost estimating, forecasting, updating budget entries and assure matching invoices received.
  • Report on campaigns closing with performance and  lessons learned

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance.
  • Set the department’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement.
  • Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
  • Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports.
  • Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI’s are well communicated and monitored.
  • Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division’s resources.
