Courier Driver

Job Summary

Distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase output and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will transport goods in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Pick up employees at the designated times and places.
• Deliver food and non-food related items in a timely manner.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
• Make emergency purchases when requested.
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Ensure deliveries are out in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.

Ideal Candidate

• A valid Dubai driver’s license.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods.
• Ability to lift heavy packages.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).
• Must be currently present in Dubai.
• Must be a proficient communicator in English.
• Strong communication skills with a pleasant and hardworking personality.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a driver in Dubai.
