Job Summary

• Assist carpenters and helpers on loading and unloading of goods
• Collect returns from shop & customer with proper documentation
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of the trucks
• Maintain the Service Log book / Delivery log book for the vehicles
• Ensure and Improve knowledge of routes and areas
• Ensure proper documents of vehicle
• Operate/drive trucks to perform customer delivery and store delivery duties
• Drive following all safety & traffic regulations
• Provide feedback to the supervisors about the deliveries and also to let them know if anything needs to be rectified in case of particular deliveries.
• Be aware of dates of service, renewal of registration and insurance
• Ensure tidiness of vehicle both inside & outside
• Check & take the documents required for delivery
• Maintain fuel usage records, KM reading logs
• Maintain log book of deliveries
