Entrepreneurship Training & Development Center (ETDC) DMCC was established in Jumeirah Lakes Towers “JLT”, Dubai, UAE to fill the existing gap in training programs that empower entrepreneurial competencies among potential and existing entrepreneurs. This shortage of entrepreneurship training providers was outlined by empirical studies, research papers, and the practical experience of experts involved in business support services in the UAE and Arab countries.

The center aims to enable candidates to acquire entrepreneurial competencies by using the practical methods of an Action-oriented Approach. Participants learn by doing how to enhance business development and growth. In collaboration with international training providers using the best practices in training programs and methods in the world, the center aims to fill the existing gap in entrepreneurial training in the Arab States and Africa.

The vision of ETDC is to be the most effective center for entrepreneurship development in both Arabic and English languages, hence addressing the needs of a wide range of clients throughout the private sector in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

ETDC's Management is passionate about transferring knowledge to entrepreneurs through the practice of planning, implementation and management of their own businesses.

ETDC ensures a high level of quality with training; participants will practice and acquire all the entrepreneurial, managerial, financial concepts and theories through games and exercises which are simple, easy and fun.

Through Follow-up & Evaluation Method, ETDC will continue to liaise with its participants to evaluate the impact of the course on their own projects and in rendering further services. This will also allow EDTC to engage in a flipped learning process, where feedback from its alumni will further refine methods of teaching future participants.
