Eurocolegio Casvi Private International School

We are a private mixed-sex school that was founded in 1985, when Mr Juan Yagüe—after 24 years devoted to education—made his biggest dream come true: the opening of the Eurocolegio Casvi Private International School. Despite the years that have passed, the foundations on which the schools are based have remained the same. The certainty that quality education is the key to all transformation. This premise has compelled us to always seek all things innovative and that provide positive reinforcement for the education of our students.

Our educational project has also experienced many changes and expansions, in order to improve students’ comprehensive and well-rounded education. New teaching methods have been added, guided by the International Baccalaureate Foundation.

Our Mission to help our pupils grow personally and intellectually for an advantageous entry to university, to the labour market and in any real life situation through the detection and development of talent, with enterprising spirit and ethical commitment to our society.

At Eurocolegio Casvi, we have always been aware that social commitment and training in values must hold a primary place in our commitment to the comprehensive education of our students. To this end, since the beginning we have worked with different NGOs.

In Casvi, teaching and learning approaches are developed throughout the PYP and MYP Programmes, making students with various skills, suitable candidates well-prepared to follow the demanding Diploma Programme. It is also worth noting that this program that is recognized all over the world and opens the doors to some of the best universities in the world. All of them involve a constructivist working methodology based on the search for knowledge through inquiry, exploration and investigation, which makes unlimited and unbounded learning possible. This methodology also integrates Multiple Intelligences Theory, Emotional Intelligence and Early Childhood Stimulation. We have an innovative project for teaching reading and mathematics. From the age of 3, students discover both worlds via this creative project in which language is valued as an instrument for oral communication and understanding reality.

At Casvi we have always adapted to society’s new and emerging needs and its new challenges, so that our students are educated forward thinking for the future. Our management team travels round the world to bring our school the latest educational innovations. This has happened with the online classes offered during the quarantine situation. That is why we have always been pioneers in the introduction of new educational methods and tools that favour our students’ acquisition of knowledge.
