Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced personal assistant/HR Executive. This candidate should meet all the below criteria.
Responsibilities
- Orgnizing managers day and schedule including reminders
- Conducting reports and audits as requested
- Answering emails and calls
- Following-up with suppliers
- Posting jobs, selection, interview, shotlisting
- Calculating payroll with finance department
- Motivation
- Training new staff
- Memos, circulars and filing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or college degree
- Minimum 2 years experience as a PA or HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Building strong relationship ties
- Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
- Skillfull at research and creating reports and other documents
- Hardworking and flexible
- Completes tasks quickly and efifctively
