Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced personal assistant/HR Executive. This candidate should meet all the below criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Orgnizing managers day and schedule including reminders
  • Conducting reports and audits as requested
  • Answering emails and calls
  • Following-up with suppliers
  • Posting jobs, selection, interview, shotlisting
  • Calculating payroll with finance department
  • Motivation
  • Training new staff
  • Memos, circulars and filing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or college degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a PA or HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Building strong relationship ties
  • Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
  • Skillfull at research and creating reports and other documents
  • Hardworking and flexible
  • Completes tasks quickly and efifctively
