A native Hindi speaking female required with minimum five years experience in UAE. Candidate will be responsible for providing Secretarial support to the senior Management, look after the general Administration of the office – diary, meeting and travel management, prepare presentations /minutes of meeting, handling all routine correspondence, coordinate with HR with matter related to Passport/visa/Insurance expiry details of all Board of Directors/Top Leadership and their families. Knowledge of JAFZA rules and procedures is an advantage.
