Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strongnetwork and capacity of influence among key customers and purchasers
  • Provide feedback on promotions and retail activities to the management to help build the relevant activity plans
  • Implement in store execution of activity plans through the field team
  • Under the direction of the Field Excellence Manager, implement the sales and distribution strategy in the field
  • Achieve the net sales channel’s quantitative and qualitative target for both sell-in and sell out turnover
  • Ensure continuous communication between their sales team and the management on business performance updates, market dynamic and competition
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with retailers (Store level) to align on business development
  • Analyze return/collection/stock reports to identify gaps and opportunities and put the right action plan with the sales team
  • Monitor sell-in report by account to better understand stores performance
  • Anticipate & manage new launches plan by brand to ensure the listingand discontinuation of products in market in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and align with the Merchandising supervisor to maximize collaboration between the merchandisers and sales team and ensure an efficient merchandising implementation (replenishment, planograms, share of shelf etc.) in stores
  • Oversee the order cycle, delivery and stock availability and communicate effectively with the functions involved in the process
  • Oversee the collection process and ensure on time payment as per the company policy
  • Calculate Commissions and submit to H.R. in a timely fashion in coordination with the Channel Manager
  • Develop and motivate the team through field coaching and on the job learning and constructive feedback sharing for a maximized field efficiency and commercial excellence

Preferred Experience

  • To have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in a relevant industry
  • Thorough experience in key account management, sales operations, business targets and people management in FMCG sector
