Finance Manager

Job Summary

IBTE Institute, a leading educational institution in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage its financial operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the institute’s financial health, supporting growth, and ensuring sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee the collection of fees from students and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and institute expenditures.
• Generate weekly financial reports detailing revenue, collections, and expenditure updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and financial standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making with accurate financial analysis.

Key Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA is an advantage). 5+ years of experience in finance management, ideally in the education sector. Experience in fees collection and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
