With a focus on the financial guidance of the hotel and its growing subsidiaries, this role will offer great exposure to the budgeting, analytical and cash flow side of the business. Heading up a small team (finance, IT, HR and procurement), you will responsible for driving performance from an operational perspective as well as offering regular support and coaching. You will also be required to implement and maximise various controls across multiple revenue streams such as inventory, credit/collection and disbursements. Working closely with external stakeholders along with the management team and MD, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on candidate to help maintain accurate and timely financial information, provide analysis, reports, and projections to various parts of the business.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years food and beverage/hospitality experience and have proven track record in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position. You should have strong leadership experience as well as the gravitas and communication skills to translate financial information to non-financial colleagues.
