Financing Transaction Execution Specialist Professional

Job Summary

• Launch bank selection process, receives various financing proposals from banks and financial institutions, evaluate, negotiate and obtain management approvals to execute these agreements in favour of the company.
• Co-ordinate and handle the Engagement of law firms, advisors and consultants for documentation, legal and technical due diligence purposes for the benefit of lenders.
• Ensure quarterly Covenant compliance report and distribute the same to all banks in-line with executed documentation.
• Ensure monthly dashboard for EGM-Treasury & Financing and CFO for movement of loans, disbursement of murabaha and various fees related to loan, brokerage, and agency, legal and banking charges if any. Handle the hedging and Forex activities by reviewing and analysing the market trend and interest rate movements, Analyse the cost impact on execution of such interest rate and forex transactions, establishment of counter party limits.
• Ensure hedge accounting is applied under IFRS accounting principle to deal with MTM (Market to Market) appropriate treatment in the financials.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
