Fujita Health University consists of Fujita Health University Hospital as well as two other teaching hospitals that offer a wide range of medical examinations and treatments.

Fujita Health University also believes a good medical education induces excellent research. The Institute for Comprehensive Medical Science and its number of full-time researchers working on advanced research projects have set us apart from other private medical colleges.

Fujita Academy celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2014. In commemoration of this anniversary, we have built a new university hospital building and rebuilt Banbuntane Hotokukai Hospital. We will also build a new School of Health Sciences building in the next school year to further improve our campus.

As aspiring doctors with the passion to learn, we hope you will join us here at Fujita Gakuen and work toward future development of medical science and care.

Our outstanding learning environment includes the Lifelong Learning Center established in 2007 and Japan's first Skills Lab. At the Skills Lab, you can use simulators to hone your skills. We also have group study rooms available to 5th and 6th year students. Our data has confirmed that the use of group study rooms resulted in an increased rate of passing the National Examination for Medical Practitioners, perhaps because their use increased students' motivation.

The School of Medicine also offers the Adviser and Mentor Systems. In the Adviser System, we assign an instructor to each one of the students to help deal with any problems of school life. The Mentor System is available to 5th and 6th year students. In this system, their professors will continue to provide support through the 2-year initial clinical training after graduation and also the 2nd clinical training. We are one of the very few universities in Japan where the school continues to support its graduates.
