Job Summary

Job Duties

• Actively take part in acquiring and conducting research projects in the institute’s research areas
• Actively take part in and independently teach university-level classes
• Provide support to manage administrating the institute’s research and teaching activities
• Be strongly motivated to complete a dissertation

Your Qualifications

• The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree in the fields of Mechanics, Mechatronics,
  Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Possess expertise in Technical Mechanics – in particular in the areas of continuum mechanics of solids,nonlinear and inelastic structural mechanics and stability
• Strong knowledge in computational and experimental mechanics
• Good didactical abilities (proficiency in German is required)
