As a Head Bartender at Cloud 22, you will be preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant. You will be responsible for crafting original beverage menu items and creation of an exciting new menu. In this role you will need to ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in luxury restaurants, hotels or beach clubs, having worked at this level for at least 2 years in a similar role. You must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
