Then the position as a Head Hostess is awaiting you! As a Head Hostess you will be responsible for delivering five-star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories while dining with us!

Forming strong relationships with guests staying in the hotel and its suites, local Dubai residents and regulars is an important aspect of this role. You will act as a ‘salesperson’, encouraging return custom, capturing new business and communicating any special requests and needs of guests to the restaurant management team, contributing and playing a vital role in delivering a luxury and personalised service. You will demonstrate a deep knowledge and passion for the brand you represent and play an active role in building and managing the guest database, working closely with the PR and marketing teams to communicate any upcoming activity to the market, including special events, initiatives and promotions. This role requires someone who is immaculately presented and an exceptional communicator who comfortably, positively and professionally interacts with those around them.
