Job Summary

Looking for a MALE candidate to perform a variety of complex administrative duties involved in Secondary School operations including instruction and school planning. Administer the policies and guidelines of the school system and provide administrative assistance to the Vice Principal. Implement disciplinary procedures and policies related to student behaviour and achievement. Supervise the resolution of student, parent and teacher concerns; report student progress to parents and appropriate school system offices periodically. Other related responsibilities as assigned by Principal.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Education or Leadership
  • Bachelor Degree in a Secondary Teaching Subject from a recognized University (From the UK preferred)
  • TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countries
  • Must be Native English speaker or near

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years teaching experience at Secondary grade level (In the UK preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Head of Secondary or in a similar leadership position
  • Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment
  • Organizational and management practices as applied to the analysis and evaluation of secondary school programs, policies, and operational needs.

Monthly Salary Range

TAX FREE MONTHLY salary in accordance with years of relevant experience and qualifications

Housing

Furnished 1 – 2 bedroom accommodation depending on family size

Health Insurance Coverage

Medical insurance for employee and one dependent (spouse or child)

Annual Air Tickets

Annual air fare for employee and one nominated dependent (can either be spouse or child).

Leave

In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year.

Dependant School Fees

100% discount for 1 child tuition fee when attending same school as employee

Visa & Medical Check Fees

Residence Visa Fees will be paid for employees ONLY. Employee is responsible for fees for dependents.

End Of Service Benefit

Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary as per country Labor law, for each full year worked

Contract Period

1 – 2 year contract – renewable

Doha – Qatar

Paperwork Requirements

Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school requirements
