Founded in 2005, HeadStart International school has rapidly developed into one of the leading International Schools in Phuket. We offer the English National Curriculum for students from 2 to 18 years of age and currently have over 1300 students enrolled across two campuses representing over 50 different nationalities.

HeadStart has been on an incredible journey over the past ten years, and We have seen many changes and significant expansion, both in terms of student number and also physical resources. With these changes have come significant improvements to our facilities throughout the school, and even now we are making further improvements to the school and planning out the next five years of growth and improvement. In spite of all these changes, examination results and outcomes for students at all levels continue to be excellent with high attainment at both IGCSE and AS level with a number of our students being recognised by Cambridge as achieving the highest marks in the whole of Thailand.

It's definitely hard to find something that I don't like about Headstart. Teachers, staff, food, facilities, and academic/sports programs are the best in Phuket. Children of various nationalities study through hands-on learning. Especially, this school boasts a variety of high-quality ECAs. I would give 6 stars if I can!

Staff are very friendly, nice and polite. The environment is very child friendly and a lot of amenities including football field and a swimming pool. They also have a gym for parents and staff.

We have been here just two months and it is real good experience here. The teachers are very nice and very supportive. Today during the SLC activity, teachers gave us a lot of advice and they are going to help our kids to make more progress in the next term.

As a Chinese family, we are really appreciated that the school can offer Chinese as first language program. Besides, they school also offer swimming lesson every week to all the students which is really important for people who live in Phuket. The communication between the school and parents is also amazing, the school is always to ready to tell the parents what they are doing for the students. During a meeting for Year 1 and Year 2 students phonics study, the school even organized a demo lesson to all the parents to show how the teachers teach phonics to the students every day.
