Job Summary

Drive rental vehicles to deliver and collect them to/from customers at specified pickup point.
Ensure vehicles are cleaned and serviced before delivery to customers.
Collect rental payment and deposit from customers, issue receipts and invoices.
Listen to, write and resolve customer complaints and report to management.
Obtain customer signature on rental contract. 6. Explain vehicle features to customer.

People Management

NA Adhere policies and health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience: Pre university degree with 3 years of experience
Language: English is a must. Arabic is an advantage.
Certification and Licensure: Driving License heavy or Light.
