Since 1986 we have grown steadily and sturdily. We have sustained our student numbers and ensured a robust financial position. We have distinguished ourselves by excelling as a thought leader, an incubator of outstanding graduates, a model of selective excellence, and as a community-caring institution.

All these years our educational goals have been to prepare students for a fulfilling and productive stages in their life, from their first job, to graduate school until their subsequent career. The drives of our vision are our values which are based on “Pride Of Achievement, Sharing Success, The Courage to Be, To Be compassionate, and To be Significant”.

OUR VISION;

  • To be a university with a strong culture of quality and leadership that focuses on sound academic standards, continuous improvements, and the talent development of students and staff.
  • To be a university that offers a learning experience that enhances career development, lifetime values and personal fulfilment.
  • To be a university with a strong research focus in our key areas of excellence.
  • To be a university that shares our success with the stakeholders and communities we serve.

From the outset, the academic standard of the programmes is achieved through a system of quality assurance established by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). For example, the University of London and Anglia Ruskin University are required to adhere to the Code of Practice for the Assurance of Academic Quality and Standards in Higher Education of the United Kingdom.

The MQA Framework provides a basis for quality assurance in the formulation of academic programmes, from curriculum to assessment. Also, the approval from MQA is mandatory before a programme can be advertised and students recruited.

Apart from the external sources as indicated above, quality assurance is achieved through internal structures such as the Academic Committee and Boards of Examiners at the Centre and College levels. HELP CAT collaborates closely with the Centre for Quality Assurance at HELP University. Therefore, checks and balances are provided in structures, systems and processes to ensure the practice and attainment of quality education at HELP CAT.

HELP is an institution with a long history of providing quality education to thousands of students, not only from Malaysia, but also from other countries around the globe.Over the years, our team has travelled throughout Malaysia helping many students navigate through the barriers to a meaningful career choice. Our seminars, fairs, and testing and guidance services have helped many students on their way to career success.
