Homeroom Teachers (Elementary)

Job Summary

• ​Responsible for creating a positive educational climate for students to learn in and instructing students in grades K-5.
• Creates lesson plans, assessments, administers praise and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.
• Develop, create, and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
• Observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
• Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, visits by guest speakers or other experiential activities, and guide students in learning from those activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• BE.d.
• DESIRABLE : PGCE /QTS/Teaching Licence.
