Finding and keeping good crew is critical. Hill Robinson will take care of your crew selection and recruitment using our advanced HRcrew database. We are not a crew agency – this service is only available to the yachts in our fleet. We know our yachts, the owners and the current captains and crew, so we are extremely well placed to find the prefect candidate. We carefully vet candidates and it is not uncommon for crew to move within the fleet.
