Job Summary

Responsible for managing human resource activities on a site level.
Coordinates recruitment and supports other departmental managers in personnel actions such as recruitment, hiring, termination, and promotion.
Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.
Administers existing benefit plans for all employees and assists in the development of modified or new plans.
Implements and maintains company training plan.
Oversees employee relations, training, compensation, government regulations and reporting, staffing and record keeping.

Job Requirements

MBA holder.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of computer skills.
Strong leadership skills.
