Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Manager in Bahrain

Oversees employee relations training compensation government regulations and reporting staffing and record keeping
Coordinates recruitment and supports other departmental managers in personnel actions such as recruitment hiring termination and promotion
Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department including supervision of staff
Implements and maintains company training plan
Responsible for managing human resource activities on a site level
Administers existing benefit plans for all employees and assists in the development of modified or new plans

Job Requirements

Masters degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in PC and MS Office
Demonstrated analytical process ability
Excellent management skills.
