Job Summary
- Assists recruitment with interviews in line with the Management, Interview panel, ensuring all recruitment activities are in place
- Prepare and finalize all onboarding procedures.
- Follows up with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that reference checks, security paperwork, and other new hire documentation are received and verified.
- Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR database and filing systems.
- Serves as a point of contact for new hires with questions arising during the onboarding process.
- Administers all the temporary / reliever recruitment processes.
- Coordinated with payroll, compensations and Benefits to ensure the registration and administration of employees benefit programs,
- Liaises with Housing and Visa Administrators regarding employee housing and visa requirements.
- Administers the new hire orientation program.
- Prepares a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports for management.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated accurately to all school’s
Management and Employees.
- Administers the process for contract renewals, resignations, terminations, and probation completion of Employees.
- Provides advice, guidance, and interpretation on the application of HR Programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serves as a point of contact for all employee relations issues.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Emiratization program and professional development initiatives for UAE National employees.
- Travels to attend meetings, workshops, and conferences as required or requested by Management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Understanding of Labor laws
- Additional certification CHRP, CHRM, SHRM, CIPD will be an added advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant / HR experience
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality and accuracy
