HR Operations Specialist, Senior (OCN)

Job Summary

• Education / Certifications : One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required .
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or other related field required.
• 5 years of combined experience in: Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource
• Administration or Generalist experience, training, and payroll required.
• General working knowledge in international and local national HR disciplines, best practices and reporting requirements.

Experience

• Must possess advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with system implementation, upgrades, application configuration, systems analysis, requirements definition, and user testing.
• A solid understanding of core HR business practices is required (HRIS, Recruiting, Performance Management) and needs the ability to develop solutions to technology-related business problems /opportunities.
• Must be a problem solver, able to provide analysis to understand root causes and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employment data.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
• Excellent project management, communication and organization skills.
• Strong oral / written communication, organizational, presentation and facilitation skills.

Skills

Ability to work independently and manage a team of 5-10 people. Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint). Ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service in exigent circumstances.
