Job Summary

One of the leading companies in Kuwait is looking for an In-House Lawyer to join their established Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft & negotiate commercial contracts
Provide Legal advice to the business
Identify legal and commercial risks to the business
Advise on regulatory and corporate governance matters
Legal reporting

Requirements

Key requirements

2-8 years PQE
Must be common law qualified (preferably UK)
Must have worked in both Private Practice and In-House
Must have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Ideally have experience with TMT / IP
Must live in Kuwait or be willing to relocate
