Information Security Analyst - UAE National

Job Summary

The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of information security, focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations Centre (SOC) investigations, and Risk Assessment and Management. What you will do

• Assist in monitoring and analysing data flows to identify potential data breaches and policy violations.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to prevent data loss.
• Generate regular reports on DLP incidents and trends for management and stakeholders.
• Participate in user access reviews and privilege management processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of IAM policies and procedures.
• Support the maintenance of user directories and authentication systems.
• Support IAM project in procedural and technical implementation
• Aid in investigating and analysing security incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with the SOC team to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
• Document findings and contribute to incident response reports.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify and prioritize security risks.
• Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures.

Required skills to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Basic understanding of information security principles and concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with common security tools and technologies is a plus.
