International School of Brescia

We are home to around 100 students (aged 3 to 16) and 18 staff — a community representing over 12 different nations. We are proud of our international and multi-cultural ethos, and the way our community collaborates to make a difference. Our world-renowned International Baccalaureate curriculum is the gold standard of educational programmes.

Located in the province of Brescia, our non-denominational international school was established in 2009. Since then we have built a strong academic programme; achieving IB world school authorisation for the Primary Years Programme in 2012 and the Middle Years Programme in 2017 and the Diploma Programme in 2020 achieving our goal of becoming an IB Continuum school.

Our students and teachers come from many different countries and this can be perceived in the international climate in our school. We foster the heritage of our host country, Italy, and balance this with a strong global outlook across our curriculum. Our teachers are dedicated, our students are motivated to learn and we have a real commitment from our school community to the teaching and learning and to enhancing the life of the school.
