Internship Finance Department

Job Summary

• Support in the product pricing process for 23 markets
• Participation in the monthly reporting process of the company i.e. preparation of the Month end Reporting, participation in the presentation to the CFO as well as supporting the continuous improvement of the reporting tool
• Detailed analysis of Purchase Requisitions and preparation of recommendations to top management

Risk Management / ICS

• Supporting the implementation of a Business Continuity Management System
• Supporting the quarterly Risk Reporting  as well as the improvement of the Internal Control System

Accounting

• Prepare the monthly reporting tools (in excel) for VAT transactions review and reporting purposes
• Compile and assist reporting manager in various analyses to determine the reasonableness and/or accuracy of financial records
• Liaise with team members and prepare the standard reporting tools for all financial and control accounts schedules on a monthly basis, i.e. advance payment accounts, accruals, prepayments, etc.
• Assist team in compiling the data for monthly reporting to CFO

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Advanced analytical skills
• Attention to detail and formality
• University study in business related areas; at least pre-degree
• Excellent oral and written English skills, preferably candidate with international experience in English-speaking market
• Successfully completed 6-month internship, preferably Controlling, Accounting or Risk Management
• Outgoing personality
• Quickness to grasps new tasks
• Independent work style, self-management
• Availability for minimum 6 months
