Job Summary

  • Help monitor and enhance the level of IS compliance across encompassing user communities across the business.
  • Receive and respond to IS alerts and advisories, assist BISO in reporting on IS related incidents and to disseminate IS information to the Business.
  • Carry out security administration systems in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Manage manual EERS feed of all local regulatory applications.
  • Support and coordinate with on application and profiles related matters.
  • Follow relevant corporate standards on Information Security and act upon IS alerts and advisories.
  • Help disseminate information regarding IS compliance to all users.
  • Assist in conducting security vulnerability assessments, identify, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assists in conduction Employee IS Awareness Training Sessions.
  • Help provide monthly reports and metrics to BISO on status of country IS Program.
  • Assist BISO in performing IS/Technology compliance activities for UAE EMEA.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and off-hour timings during scheduled reviews.

Knowledge/Experience

  • At least 1-2 years in banking experience preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience/knowledge in the following areas:
    • Identity and Access management
    • IT / COB Audit
    • IS Risk Assessment

Qualifications

  • BS/BE degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred

  • Understanding of the IS risks that are inherent to the supported business.
  • Technical knowledge of the field of ID Administration.
  • Organizational, Influence / conflict resolution, verbal and written communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong risk analysis, customer service, problem solving, and consulting skills.
  • Presentation, program management, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to interpret and apply policies, standards and procedures.
  • Able to work with senior business management to convey ideas and implement IS program.
  • Have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • Adapt to new systems and procedure very flexible, can work under pressure, should be a team player, willingness to learn and work hard to achieve results.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across project and control teams
