Job Summary

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Assistant to join the One&Only team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person and colleagues within the One&Only Resorts, via telephone or from remote location. Aid concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems and that they are in compliance with One&Only Resorts standards of operations.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Assistant IT Manager. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in Information Technology in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/She must have a background with strong attention to details and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
