IT Delivery Specialist Professional

Job Summary

1. Examine the business requirements and define the IT solutions that would address those requirements as part of feasibility effort.
2. Undertake the application of overall enterprise architecture standards and governance to all new solution developments.
3. Develop technology specifications and ensure that the solutions have optimal usefulness while leveraging existing assets and technologies.
4. Assess the impact of short-term solution requests on the enterprise architecture so as to provide respective feedback to Architecture Planning.
5. Develop and manage practical SOA guidelines and reusable IT and NT components to contribute to the growth of the library of reusable IT and Network service components.
6. Provide a domain-level breakdown to IT Enabling Implementation to facilitate low-level design and implementation.
7. Take responsibility for periodical review of architecture blueprints so as to have both short-term and long-term evolution accommodated.
8. Identify projects under risk, gaps and bugs during the development and testing phase and report to the line manager accordingly so as to facilitate a prompt reaction.
9. Collaborate with Business Analysts and/or Process Analysts to create solution design documents prior to the development of the solution.
10. Collaborate with various teams – Integration/ Infrastructure/other architects to translate the design solution and ensure the end to end implementation of architecture principles, standards and guidelines in the data, integration, application, infrastructure, solutions, security and technology domains.
11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to IT Solution Design as designated by the line manager.
