IT Program Manager

Job Summary

This is a IT program leadership role responsible for translating strategic IT direction into structured delivery across multiple enterprise systems and initiatives. You will apply delivery discipline drawn from mature organisations to stabilise execution, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable outcomes across a complex portfolio.

Job Description

• Own the end to end delivery of a multi-stream IT program across enterprise systems
• Develop and manage the integrated program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and RAID management
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors, and system integrators
• Oversee system implementations, integrations, and technical delivery
• Manage UAT cycles, data migration, cutover planning, training coordination, and hypercare
• Track risks, issues, and interdependencies and escalate proactively
• Provide clear executive-level status updates and delivery reporting
• Drive delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of IT program or project management experience
• Proven delivery of multi system enterprise implementations (ERP, CRM, PMIS, core platforms)
• Background in mature, structured IT organisations with strong governance and controls
• Experience delivering programs across international or multi country environments
• Strong program governance and PMO discipline
• Experience managing multiple vendors and parallel delivery streams
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems and integration landscapes
• Experience operating in transformation type environments while applying proven delivery frameworks
• Relevant degree; professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) preferred
