Qatar is one of the top choices in the Gulf region for expats looking to relocate. There are plenty of part-time jobs available to full-time workers as well as students in Qatar. Workers are allowed to work part-time subject to their employer’s permission and they are only allowed to work for a Qatari national or an entity that is registered for business activities in Qatar.
The country boasts a willingness to spend fortunes on improving the lives of its nationals and residents and to continue to build world-class educational and cultural institutions. Qatar is relatively westernized for a Middle Eastern country. While there is still some initial culture shock, expats tend to adjust to local customs and traditions quickly and settle in well.
